Mobile Recharge Cards are changing their skin...You will get the compensation for automatic activation of Caller tunes

Are you fed up the activation of caller tune by the mobile company without your consent...Then you can complain about it..and you will get the compensation...Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) is going to introduce such a rule to make quality customer care for the mobile users...

Main complaint reported by the Indian mobile users are the automatic subscription of value added services (VAS)...According to TRAI officials regarding the automatic activation of VAS..they said “We had issued instructions on VAS sometime back. We feel that there is a need to improve it. Now we are of the stand that the VAS will not be added without the consent of the subscribers specifically through an SMS. Industry has some reservations about it. Next week we will have a discussion with them. But we won’t deviate from our stand that such services cannot be added without the consent of the subscribers". TRAI also going to change the color of Recharge cards...plan card will have red coloured band, top-up card a green and special tariff card will have a yellow band.This move of TRAI will be a blow to the service providers who now cutting money from the consumers without a prior notice...
