Green Signal for Single Brand Retailers to Open their shops in India

Last month in India had witnessed a huge protests against Multi Brand retailers like Walmart to enter India..Now Walmart is only doing wholesale business in India..If they Introduce a retail shop it will be like throwing mud into small scale poor shop owners in India who live with thousands that they earn at the end of the day..Due to the huge protest of political parties Government has decided to show red flag to Walmart..

Now the Congress led government is with a new decision which allows single brand retailers to enter Indian market.Brands like Ikea & Gap is going to benefit more..As the Rupee is falling to create a record..Government has to increase the flow of foreign money..This decision arrived for this reason only..They are telling it will not affect small shops because this huge shops will only focus on the upper class in India.. Certain policies taken by the government will surely help the Indian industries and farmers.30% of goods of these shops should be procured from India..That is a good news.. But we are suspecting that this will be a first move for from the government to get the trust of people ...to reveal that the entering of these foreign giants will not affect Indian small scale sector...This may be the first move which may help Walmart to enter through Indian gates...
